Hi Santosh,

1. Drill filters (quick filters) which look like Drop down menus on top, work on the whole all the report, if you need to just filter a block, then try using Input Controls (that appear in of the tabs on the left hand side).
2. Instead of a simple line chart, just use a Line Chart with 2 Y-axes and then you can use Department, Team and the Measure, so it shows 2 lines.
