Good you have the updated Client installed.
So are you hosting CRS for various Hospitals to access your reports?
Maybe you need to have a closer look at the report design itself, may it's the way you have it filtered or how you have the various parameters linked or how the tables are linked etc.
If you are not getting correct data it suggests there is nothing wrong with the DB connection and more likely a report design issue.
Once you get support it will be much easier for a Rep here to do a Got To Assist session to your PC and have a closer look at the report itself.
Are you using a Dynamic Parameter linked to the Database or are the values static? Are those values Dynamic, if so it could be the Repository connection needs to be updated as well? Something to look into....
