Integration between Training & Event Management and Time Management

Hi Expert,

Client require that system automatically book attendance at the time to booking Training. Is there have any standard process to do the same.  Requirement in Details : When user book training for an employee from Tcode - PSV1, the wanting for the same date system will create Attendance type record in IT2002. Please inform me if in SAP has any standard process for the same.
