Have you looked at the PBODB125.INI file (assuming PowerBuilder 12.5) for what is in there? I'm not sure about support for SQLite, but we use ODBC connections and the code to get the value of identity columns is in there and you can change it however you want. It is automatically run by PowerBuiulder after doing an insert into a tables with an identity column and the result put back into the datawindow.
