DUMP GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED NF-e Outbound Monitor

Hello Everybody!

I'm trying to track an issue related to NF-e Outbound Monitor. Every time an user click on Access Key link, a dump is raised. It looks to me like an new error scenario.

I'd been researching on this, and I had found similar issues even notes but looks like the they doesn't apply to my case. Customer recently applied SP21 and I'm wondering if someone of you had faced a similar issue.

All Notes, refer to similar cases on different classes or programs.
