Even if the Tables and Column names are exactly the same in different databases, you'll still have problems in the Universe (objects), few are listed below:

1. What about the schema names? I assume they'll be different in different DB servers.
2. What about the data types of columns? Date vs Datetime etc.
3. Talking about Date (& Datetime) objects cretaed in the universe, as different Databases use different functions and syntaxs, all those objects created in the Universe will have issues.
