Alok, It would be better to start a new thread/question for your problem. Often, the 500 status is a sign of an overloaded server. You should post details about whether the 500s reappear if you restart services, if they reappear immediately or after some amount of time, the response times that are shown in the IIS logs, CPU/memory utilization (especially for w3wp and Afaria services) and System landscape (e.g., all services are installed on each of two servers, or all services are installed on a single server).
